Service member and family at a personnel desk
About the desk

A private personnel office for soldiers and the people who already do the paperwork

Military Unit Portal processes five kinds of work: military leave, care packs, call cards, retirement, and redeployment. Soldiers authenticate with a unique code. Family files as a guest. Status arrives by email after administrator review.

Why this exists

Households get stuck when leave, a move, or a care package has to wait on a service member who is in the field or on a different time zone. This desk lets the soldier keep a locked personnel file while a spouse or parent files as a guest against the unique code.

Administrators confirm payment, then read the packet. You get email — not push spam, not SMS status, not a public tracker that leaks names.

  • Soldier unique code plus password for the file.
  • Guest name and email for family filings.
  • Posted fees. Human confirmation of wire, crypto, or gift card.
  • Identity packets stay in the back office.
Review desk
Packets move after payment proof matches the method on the request.

What we do not do

This desk processes the packets you file here. It does not replace unit command, finance, or legal assistance. Paying a fee does not automatically approve leave, retirement, or a new assignment. If a filing is incomplete or the unique code does not match, the email will say so.
