Ten published windows from 3 days to 6 months. Days are inclusive calendar days. The form fills the end date from the start date you enter. Extra is added on top of the leave-kind fee. 3 days is included so the floor combo can be $1,000. The longest window plus terminal leave is the ceiling at $12,000.
Extra is a surcharge
The number on the card is added to the category fee. Special Liberty + 3 days posts at the $1,000 floor because that extra is included.
Start date drives the end
You only pick when leave begins. The desk form writes the end date from the length you chose so the packet cannot disagree with itself.
