Who we are

Military Unit Portal is a personnel support portal for service members and authorized family. It processes leave, retirement, and redeployment filings and catalog orders for care packs and call cards.

Data we collect

We collect only what a filing, order, or support ticket needs:

• Identity and contact data you submit (name, email, phone, soldier unique code, next of kin, unit and assignment details you type on a form).
• Government identifiers and identity documents you upload (for example SSN/ITIN, national ID, passport number, and photo ID).
• Payment proof you send (wire references, transaction hashes, or gift-card details matching methods the administrator posted).
• Support tickets, guest session details, and soldier sign-in session data.

How we use it

We use this data to process personnel requests, match a unique code to a soldier record, confirm payments, email status and receipts, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping duties.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use filings to market unrelated products. Status is sent only to the email on the request.

Sharing

We share data with payment rails you choose, email delivery providers, and authorities when the law requires it. Identity files are not published on the public site. Administrators see packets in the secure back office to review payment and completeness.

Retention

We keep application, order, and identity records for as long as needed to complete the request and as required by financial-crime or tax rules, then delete or restrict them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or export personal data through Contact. Some records cannot be erased while we are legally required to keep them. Do not send unique codes or ID copies over public social channels.
