Agreement

By using Military Unit Portal you agree to these terms. This portal is a private paid desk for personnel filings and support purchases.

It does not grant military leave, retirement, or assignment on its own. Administrators process requests after payment is confirmed. Paying a fee does not guarantee approval.

Eligibility

Soldiers use a unique code and password issued for this portal. Family members may apply as a guest without signing the soldier out. You must not impersonate a service member or submit another person’s identity documents without authority.

Services

• Military leave: choose a posted leave type and duration, attach a soldier unique code, and pay the combined filing amount (never below the posted minimum).
• Retirement and redeployment: paid packets reviewed after payment proof is confirmed.
• Service dog adoption: guests may file without a soldier unique code. Only dogs age 2 or older who are fit for working placement. Amounts are $1,000 to $30,000. Each cleared dog has a written personality (1,000–30,000 characters).
• Care packs and call cards: catalog items at the listed price, delivered or activated after administrator confirmation — not government issue.

Fees and payment

Leave, retirement, and redeployment use the posted filing fee. Service-dog adoption uses the catalog amount for that dog ($1,000–$30,000). Care packs and call cards use the catalog price. Amounts are shown before you submit.

Payments are reviewed by staff. They are not instant card charges. Use only the wire, crypto, or gift-card details shown on your request. Do not send funds to any other address or account.

Your responsibilities

• Keep soldier unique codes and passwords confidential.
• Submit accurate identity, contact, and payment information.
• Do not use the portal for fraud, sanctions evasion, or stolen payment instruments.
• Keep the email on the filing available until the request is closed.

Advice

Nothing on Military Unit Portal is legal, tax, or military-justice advice. Administrators process the packets you file here after payment is confirmed.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Military Unit Portal is not liable for denied filings, delayed payments, or third-party payment-rail outages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the affected request in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the update date means you accept the new terms.
