The packet is reserved but the desk has not confirmed payment. Open it and send proof. Unpaid filings are not reviewed.
In review / closed
After payment, an administrator reviews the packet. Approved or denied is a desk decision. It does not cut orders or start TAP.
Posted on file
ETS or service-end date an administrator typed onto the soldier record. Separate from portal filings until the desk copies it over.
