How it is issued

  1. The filer pays for minutes against the soldier unique code.
  2. Send the PIN to yourself, or to the service member email on the personnel file.
  3. After payment is confirmed, minutes are emailed to the person you chose.

Credentials are emailed after settlement is confirmed, usually the same duty day the desk clears the payment.
